Get Involved

If you want to get involved, here’s how.

Schools: Schools in the Crawley, Horsham and Lewes areas can get involved in their local STEMfests. Schools outside these areas don’t yet have a dedicated STEMfest but can attend other free events, such as the Big Bang Fair South East.

Employers: There are plenty of opportunities to get involved – from offering a site visit or bringing an activity to a local Big Bang to giving a careers talk in a school. If you don’t know where to start, the Tomorrow’s Engineers programme can support you.

Volunteers: Interested in helping out? We’d love to hear from you if you can offer a careers talk, get involved in a careers workshop or generally help out at any of the ‘little’ Big Bang events.

Partners: Interested in a STEMfest in your region? We can support you to deliver a programme with a proven track record. Contact us for an informal discussion.

STEMfests are coordinated by STEM Sussex at the University of Brighton.

Please contact us directly if you’d like more details on anything and we can link you with the right team.
