Get Involved

Schools: Currently schools in Crawley, Coastal West Sussex and East Sussex can get involved in their local STEMfests. Unfortunately, schools outside these regions don’t have a dedicated STEMfest (yet!) but can attend free events, such as the Big Bang Fair South East.

Employers: There are plenty of opportunities to get involved – from offering a site visit, to bringing an activity to a local Big Bang, to giving a careers talk in a school. If you don’t know where to start with school outreach, the Tomorrow’s Engineers programme can support you.

Volunteers: Interested in helping out? We’d love to hear from you if you can offer a careers talk, get involved in a careers workshop or generally help out at any of the ‘little’ Big Bang events.

Partners: Interested in a STEMfest in your region? We can support you to deliver a programme with a proven track record. Contact us to discuss.

STEMfests are coordinated by STEM Sussex at the University of Brighton.

Please contact us directly if you’d like more details on anything and we can link you with the right team.
